MONTHLY RATE SCALE PER FAMILY
monthly average = 4 classes per month. All rehearsals and performances are educational classes).

| Each addtional Subject: | $32.00 per month |
| Pointe Class: | $27.00 per month |
| Adv. Combo add-ons: | $25.00 (1) or $20.00 ea. (2) per month |
Tuition is due on the first lesson of every month. Student may bring payment in an envelope with their name on it. A $5.00 LATE FEE will be charged after the 10th of the month. June tuition payment and attendance is required to participate in the recital. Private classes must be paid for in advance of the class.
Costume Deposit(s):
A non-refundable costume deposit of $55.00 for the June Recital is required for each class. This is due by November 15th, 2011. The balance will be due in the Spring. Christmas show costume will be a separate fee.
